Senior Team Coach
Amy Wong is currently a program consultant as well as a coach on a regular basis at our centre. She began her training at age 12 in wushu and brings to our centre a skillset of acrobatics, gymnastics and choreography. Amy was a former Provincial level gymnast and as well has trained for over 4 years as a professional member of the Hong Kong Wushu Team.
Currently she is a national level coach and represented Canada as Head Coach during the 2008 TREX Games where our athletes won 2 bronze medals and the 2008 2nd World Junior Wushu Championships where Canada won an astounding 12 medals including 3 Gold and 7 Silvers. Amy is also a professional stunt women and was a lead stunt double on the Disney TV series "Aaron Stone" and 2010 film "Scott Pilgrim vs the World".
